CATARACT TREATMENT

When a cataract interferes with someone’s usual activities, the cloudy lens can be replaced with a clear, artificial lens. This is generally a safe, outpatient procedure.
When the lens, a little clear disc inside your eye, acquires clouded spots it becomes a cataract. These patches typically get larger over time, resulting in cloudy foggy vision and eventually, blindness.

Glaucoma treatment
Treatment
Glaucoma is treated by reducing intraocular pressure. Treatment options include prescription eye drops, oral medications, laser treatment, surgery, or a combination of methods.
Glaucoma is a group of eye disorders that cause progressive optic nerve damage. Optic nerve damage is frequently associated with excessive intraocular pressure. However, glaucoma can develop with normal eye pressure as well. It is characterised by nerve tissue loss, which causes eyesight loss.

Medical Retina
Treatment
Medical retina treatment depends on the condition you have. It is usually treated with lasers, oral and topical ( eye drops ) medications, and intravitreal injections.
Medical retina is a broad term that refers to a variety of retinal disorders that affect the lining of the back of the eye. Common retinal conditions include age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and inherited retinal diseases.
- Seeing floating specks or cobwebs.
